They say "old habits die hard".
Do you know this?  Are there things in your life that you struggle to stop doing or thinking?  Are there ways you find yourself relating to other people that always seem to backfire on you?  Do you find yourself repenting and confessing over and over?

ALIGN is designed to support our spiritual and emotional growth and healing.  It gives us new ways to think about our habits, hurts, and struggles through biblical truths combined with an understanding of human development.  It helps us become aligned to a Gospel-centred view of life, aligned to a deeper understanding of ourselves, and aligned to the significance of healthy relationships with other people.

ALIGN looks at these ideas:
  • we are designed for alignment, yet misaligned in so many ways
  • alignment comes from union with Jesus Christ
  • discovering our "predominant heart attitude" and how we react to things around us
  • understanding how to put our past in proper perspective
  • looking at our core beliefs and how our thinking is affected by truths and lies
  • facing our "heart idols"
  • freedom through forgiveness
  • facing temptation
  • keeping watch on our lives together
Next Session of ALIGN begins:

What people are saying about Align . . .

"I did not consider myself to be a fearful person before  Align, nor did I see that I suffered from Unbelief.  I think I have a clearer picture of how it all fits together and how it is important for me to trust God such that I don't need to get angry."

"People should participate in align because it helps give you the tools and the way of thinking to see the underlying heart reasons behind why we do what we do, so we can have the gospel speak into that part of our lives. Self-awareness is often the first step to growth as a person and as a follower of Christ."

"I think everyone needs to take this course before marriage, before starting a family . . . really at any point in their lives to see how their predominant heart attitude and their hurts and habits determine and shape their thoughts and decisions and how to truly be free from wounds and hurts from their past."
