Kids Ministry Available: Nursery & Preschool

Service Times: 9:15 AM & 11:00 AM
Kids Programs: Full Sunday School (Nursery – Grade 5)

What is the Good Friday service like?
Our Good Friday service is a reflective, 1-hour time of remembering the death of Jesus. We’ll sing, take communion together, and hear a short message focused on the cross and what it means for us.
Is there Kids Ministry?
Yes! Nursery and preschool care is available during both services. Older children will remain in the service with their families as we reflect on Jesus’ sacrifice. To help them engage, we’ll have crayons and activity pages available at the doors as you enter.

Register your toddlers and Infants ahead of time here!
What’s the Easter Sunday service like?
It’s a joyful celebration of Jesus’ resurrection! The service includes worship with a live choir, baptisms, a Gospel-centred message, and communion. Children stay with their families for the beginning of the service and are dismissed to their Sunday School classes before the message.
Is it going to be busy?
Yes! Easter Sunday is one of our most attended services of the year. We recommend arriving 15–20 minutes early to find parking and a seat. Our greeters will help you find your way.
Is there Sunday School for my kids?
Absolutely! Our full Sunday School program runs during both services for children from Nursery through Grade 5. We use a secure check-in system and have amazing volunteers who are ready to welcome your kids.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I wear?
We’re a casual church—come as you are! Jeans, dress clothes, Easter pastels, tattoos, sneakers—it’s all welcome here.
Should I cover up tattoos or dress a certain way?
Not at all. You don’t need to cover tattoos or hide your personality. We’re all about real people, not appearances.
When do the services start and end?
Each service starts promptly at 9:15 AM or 11:00 AM and lasts about 75 minutes on Easter, and 1 hour on Good Friday.
What actually happens during the service?
Both services include music, prayer, a message from the Bible. On Good Friday we will celebrate communion. On Easter Sunday, we’ll also celebrate baptisms!
Will I be singled out as new?
Not at all! We won’t put you on the spot or make you stand up. You’re welcome to come, observe, participate at your own pace, and enjoy the service with no pressure. That said, we’ll do our best to say hello and make you feel welcome!
What about my kids?
Kids are a big part of our church, and we’re so glad to welcome yours! On Easter Sunday, we offer age-specific programming for children from birth through Grade 5. On Good Friday, nursery and preschool care are available.

Whether you choose to keep your kids with you for the entire service or have them join us for Sunday School after worship is totally up to you—we want you to feel comfortable. Your child’s safety is a top priority. We use a secure check-in system and all of our volunteers are trained and screened.

You can check your child in by the parking lot doors. If it’s your first time, we’ll help you register your family at the Welcome Centre, or you can pre-register online here.

If you have questions about our curriculum or any concerns, feel free to reach out to our Children’s Ministry Director—we’d love to connect with you!
